When you need to connect your internet
Connecting internet to your home usually takes between 5 and 20 business days from the date your order is processed. This can take
longer if you are installing ADSL internet because of the requirement to connect the phone line to the home first. Cable internet can
usually be installed more quickly.
How to connect your internet
You can either spend your time calling around, and waiting on hold, or connectnow can take
the leg work out by arranging your broadband internet on your behalf. We're a free service, and we can arrange other services for you
at the same time.
All you need to do is enter the postcode of your new address into our online moving home tool, choose the plan you would like, provide

connectnow will confirm the plan you would like, your move date, and other necessary information
and then lodge the request with the supplier.
We check with them to confirm receipt of your order, and at that time - send you further information including your order number, as well as
details regarding what you need to do (for installations, delivery of kit etc).
If at any point you require further information about your internet connection it's always best to contact connectnow
first prior to calling your supplier as we are easy to get through to and usually we can check in the suppliers systems directly.
